Resale prices of completed non-landed private homes slipped 0.4 percent in February from the month before as prices dropped in both the central and non-central regions, revealed flash estimates of the Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and reported in the media.

Excluding small units, prices in the central region fell 0.6 percent month-on-month, while the non-central region saw prices edge down 0.2 percent.

The NUS data also showed that prices of shoebox units dipped one percent in February from January.

The central region comprises districts 1 to 4 and 9 to 11, while other postal districts come under the non-central region sub-basket.
