Resale prices of
non-landed private homes in Singapore
Excluding small units,
prices declined by 1.5 percent in the central region, which is steeper compared
to the 0.4 percent drop seen in January.
Prices in the non-central
region, however, rose 0.2 percent, reversing the 0.1 percent fall in January.
The central region sub-basket
includes properties located in districts 1 to 4 and 9 to 11, while properties
found in other districts fall under the non-central region sub-basket.
Meanwhile, small units
measuring 506 sq ft and below saw prices slip 0.2 percent, an improvement from
the 0.7 percent drop recorded in January.
